Are online payments processed securely?
For automatically renewing subscriptions, billing is handled via the Subsail/Stripe platform in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Recurring payment information is securely transmitted directly via Stripe’s servers.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. We always notify you once your order is on its way. Deliveries to UK and European addresses usually take 4-7 business days, and deliveries outside of Europe usually take 15-20 days (occasionally a bit longer than that given that delays may occur for reasons beyond our control).
My copy has arrived late, severely damaged or not at all. What should I do?
Please notify us and we will investigate for you. We will make any efforts we can to determine and solve the problem promptly.
Do you offer tracked delivery services?
In order to minimize postage fees and include shipping in all prices shown on our website, we currently offer tracking for wholesale orders only. If however you need your copy by a specific date and would like your order to be trackable, please get in touch before ordering and we will organize a custom delivery (additional shipping charges will apply).
Is NANG available at physical stores?
Yes! Please see our Stockists page. (Do feel free to suggest a store in your town and we shall get in touch with them.)
Can I subscribe to NANG?
Absolutely. Please visit our online shop. We offer both renewing and non-renewing subscriptions.
